Hi, I’m Caroline!
I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist, strength & conditioning specialist, and yoga instructor passionate about helping individuals optimize their health and performance. Growing up as a dancer and navigating complex injuries in my professional career, I became fascinated with how food fuels performance and supports overall health.
After earning a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, I completed my MS in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology at Columbia University. My unique blend of expertise in nutrition and movement allows me to provide counseling that stands apart. I’ve worked with a diverse range of individuals, from dancers and athletes to busy professionals, teaching yoga, optimizing training, and providing tailored performance and recovery strategies.
As an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practitioner, I take a holistic, client-centered approach to address the complex relationships between food, movement, and the body. I’m dedicated to helping my clients bridge the mind and body, creating a sustainable and balanced approach to nutrition and physical activity.
